Missouri (4-5, 1-5) was coming off its first-ever SEC win last week against Kentucky and lost for the third time in four games. James Franklin threw for 236 yards and was intercepted four times in defeat

Missouri followed with a march inside the Florida 10, but it soon stalled and the Gators came up with a blocked field goal to keep it even. The Tigers then drove to the Florida 27 with their next possession, but Franklin overthrew an open receiver near the goal line and Matt Elam returned the interception 42 yards to the Florida 46.
Mizzou, the once proud (in their own mind) program is so desperate to celebrate some aspect of it’s football season that they have produced a shirt commemorating their win over the 1-8 Kentucky football program.

Apparently being an over achiever on the court didn’t transfer to the classroom as Mizzou’s Michael Dixon has been suspended indefinitely until he gets his shit together.
Haith added that Dixon, a projected starter, has not been participating in practice recently in order to work on academics. Haith said his decision to suspend both has been in the works for “a couple weeks.”
Suspended for the first exhibition game against Northwest Missouri State it has been just announced that Dixon will miss the next exhibition game too. Mizzou is looking to improve upon it’s epic first round melt down in last year’s NCAA tournament where they lost to Norfolk State as number two seed.
